Shin-Etsu Mille-tint Film: |
"Shin-Etsu Mille-tint Film" is a mirror surface film for insertion or heat molding, processed using our original LCS (Laminate Calendar System) technology processing. This pre-colored film provides a mirror-finished molding with a luxury appearance, eliminating the need for mirror-finishing by color coating.

Insertion molding process: |
"Shin-Etsu Mille-tint Film" has excellent scratch resistance to maintain the gloss surface after injection molding.
Decoration by insertion molding can be applied even to complex three-dimensional forms.

Process of Our Company:
1. Material File |
2. LCS System |
3. Compound Film |
LCS System:
The LCS system is a double belt press continuous processing system that replaces a multiple-step press. Using this system, a single layer of plastic sheeting, mainly made from thermoplastic resin, and multiple layers of product material are placed between steel belts and vertically arranged in sets of two, to which a mirror side finishing is applied. They are then heated and cooled steadily under continuous pressure over a short period of time.
