Assist Tape
|
|
Assist Tape is design to keep the FPC/PCB flat and well in position during the mounting process.
POINT 1
Assist Tape can be cut and applied to the base material to one's own customized needs.
POINT 2
Assist Tape can be Assist Carrier by being cut and applied to the base material up to FPC/PCB spec.
POINT 3
Assist Tape which is superior in heat-resistance and life-time, can save the current time of exchanging adhesive tapes and improve the yield. Total running cost can be reduced.

|
|
Adhesive material is available in silicone and non-silicone types. Suitable for
equipment mounting because it maintains its adhesive strength under even high
temperatures, and uses materials which do not become more adhesive when cooled.
By using various lineup of Assist Tape, a wide range of demands can be met. |

Headling care: |
 |
|
- Before attaching the assist tape, please clean the substrate material contact surface.
- While remove the separator of adhesion layer and gluing layer, do not touch the contact surface with fingers.
- Hard surface and sharp point contact may cause the surface dented or scratch that will lead to adhesive strength deterioration.
- Surface contamination of dust and bare hands may result in weaker adhesion.
- Since the adhesive strength of elastomer may fall off after many times of reflow, when cleaning the assist tape rubber surface, use a modacrylic tape to remove any foreign objects. Then use a non-woven fabric with Purify water or IPA to wipe the surface softly.
